Mindful USC

Dear University Community,

Mindful USC Classes start soon! Click here to register now!

As we prepare for another enriching academic year at USC, the Provost’s office is pleased to introduce you to Mindful USC, a program designed to enrich our collective well-being and academic journey. Mindful USC offers a wide variety of mindfulness-related classes, retreats and events that provide students, faculty, and staff with valuable tools to navigate the challenges and opportunities of university life.

In today’s fast-paced world, the practice of mindfulness has emerged as a powerful tool to cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being. Mindfulness encourages us to be fully present in each moment, fostering self-awareness and promoting a balanced perspective. By integrating mindfulness into our lives, we can enhance our ability to manage stress, improve focus, and foster more meaningful connections within our communities and in our academic, professional, and personal lives.

We encourage every member of our community to embrace this opportunity to engage with mindfulness. As we embark on this journey together, we have the chance to foster a culture of compassion, resilience, and collective growth. Mindfulness is not only a personal practice, but a communal endeavor that can strengthen our bonds and contribute to the flourishing of the Trojan community as a whole.  Please join us!

Classes are free and do fill up quickly.  You may sign up here.

Sincerely,
