Student Academic Accommodations for Finals

McCarthy Honors College exterior

The recent events on campus have been challenging and disruptive for us all. As we did during the COVID pandemic we have put in place a process to support you. If you feel that your ability to prepare for final exams, projects, or assignments has been impacted, there are resources available to you.

For academic accommodations:
Contact your instructor directly, letting them know the support you require and the accommodation you are seeking. In the event that you need additional assistance, please connect with your academic advisor via Advise USC. Click on “Advisor Connect” in the upper left, then select Create a New Case. Advisors have been notified to anticipate student outreach as we approach the end of the semester. Students in graduate and professional programs may also reach out to their program director and/or school-based student affairs staff.

Mental health resources can be accessed via USC Student Health. You may also reach out to Campus Support and Intervention who are able to provide support navigating complex situations.

I wish you all the best for the conclusion of the semester.
