Message to USC Faculty

If you have already participated in the USC Values Poll, we would like to thank you for taking the time to do so. If you haven’t taken the poll, we would be grateful if you would do so before the November 3rd deadline. This is a short survey, but it will leave a long legacy.
The poll is an important step in moving us toward a culture based on shared values and will lead to rebuilding trust across our institution. Your voice is important to that journey. Please help to shape our culture as we create the path forward to a stronger USC.
Your responses to the Values Poll will serve as a starting point for meaningful conversations. Results will be shared with the broader community and opportunities to give feedback will follow.
I have written a blog post about why I think it’s important for all of us to engage in this effort. Thank you in advance for your participation.
