NLRB Election – What You Need to Know to Vote

Dear Colleagues,

By now, you may have received a voter kit from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in the mail. If you do not receive it by May 6, please call the NLRB immediately, either at the Region 31 NLRB Office: 310-235-7351 or the NLRB’s national toll-free line: 844-762-6572. As a reminder, the NLRB must receive your ballot by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 15 in order for it to be counted.

You’ve Got Mail
Your voter kit will arrive at the address you have listed in Workday, in a brown envelope. Each voter kit contains detailed instructions from the NLRB; one official ballot; one blue envelope; and one yellow envelope.

To complete your ballot and return it to the NLRB, you must:

  1. Review the instructions provided by the NLRB.
  2. Mark ‘No’ or ‘Yes’ in the square of your choice on the ballot.
  3. Place the completed ballot in the blue envelope. Do not sign or identify yourself in any way on either the ballot or blue envelope.
  4. Seal the blue envelope and then place it in the pre-addressed postage-paid envelope.
  5. Seal the yellow envelope and sign your name on the back, across the envelope flap. You must sign your name in the appropriate spot in order for your ballot to be counted.
  6. Place the yellow envelope in the U.S. Mail.

We hope you will participate in your USC future and vote in this important election.

Sincerely,
