Tommy Trojan

In the spirit of our commitment to promoting a culture of well-being, academic success, resilience and connection for all members of our community, we are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Mindful USC is back with another semester of free mindfulness-related classes, practice groups, and retreats. You may register HERE. The deadline to register is Sunday, September 18 at 8:00pm Pacific.

Mindful USC offers everything from basic introduction to mindfulness classes to more advanced and applied classes that can help you bring mindfulness into your daily life, your teaching, and your writing, as well as help you to manage stress, untangle anxiety, explore creativity, deepen self-compassion, and more. New practice groups, affinity groups and retreats are being offered both on line and in person. Drop-in meditation affinity groups are offered for Latinx, women/non-binary individuals, students, and BIPOC and drop-in meditation practice groups are offered for everybody. There will also be a half-day meditation retreat for students in November.

If you are interested in exploring how mindfulness may be of benefit to you, we invite you to sign up for a free class, drop in for a practice group, or check out the Mindful USC app. For more information about Mindful USC, please contact mindful@usc.edu.
