Mindful USC Spring Sessions

Message to the USC Community

Dear USC Community,

The new year is a wonderful opportunity to redouble your commitment to mindfulness, wellbeing, and self-care. Mindfulness – paying attention to the present moment with an attitude of acceptance and compassion – helps create community and enables us to move through our lives and our world with greater skill, clarity, capacity, and compassion.

In that spirit, Mindful USC is proud to launch free Spring-semester mindfulness classes, practice groups, and retreats.

Mindful USC offers everything from basic introduction to mindfulness classes to more advanced and applied classes. New classes this spring include Mindfulness for Climate Grief, Mindful Parenting for BIPOC Parents, and Mindfulness in Everyday Life. Mindful USC also offers practice groups, affinity groups, and retreats.

If you are interested in exploring how mindfulness may be of benefit to you, you are invited to sign up for a free class, drop in for a practice group, or check out the Mindful USC app. For more information about Mindful USC, please contact mindful@usc.edu.
